THE WEEPIES, Hideaway (Nettwerk)

They make sweet, sweet music… and babies… or at least one baby. Both parthers in music and in life the duo of Deb Talan and Steve Tannen released another Weepies album titled ‘Hideaway’. You’ve probably heard their music before on the teevee whether you knew it or not as they’ve been featured on such shows as “Scrubs”, “Grey’s Anatomy”, “Everwood”, “One Tree Hill” and more. OK, I don’t watch those shows either but that’s still some impressive airplay. Start with title track ‘Hideaway’ and keep digging. For folk-pop fans, The Weepies will not disappoint. Better yet, Nettwerk Records is offering a free download of ‘Hideaway’ as your present for celebrating Erf Day. Go Erf! File under: Pop / Rock / Acoustic
