Ben Harper + More, Album Previews

Monday, August 27, 2007 By Tom Osborne

Ben Harper, ‘Lifeline’ (Full CD)

album cover Part of me wants to call this a return to form. But I know better. Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals are always on fire. Lifeline, their latest, appears to highlight what I love best about this band, a brilliant blend of folk rock, twang and soul. Upon my first few listens I’d say its their best since my other favorite 2003’s Diamonds on the Inside. To say the very least… impressive! File under: Folk / Rock / Soul

Worth Mention

  • VHS or Beta, ‘Bring on the Comets’ (Full CD)

Also Look For

BRANDI SHEARER, CRYSTAL GAYLE, KAREN COLLINS, LYLE LOVETT & HIS LARGE BAND, MICHAEL MCDERMOTT, RASCALS, SUBDUDES, TERRI HENDRIX and more. See our Release Calendar for more new releases like these.

NOTE: All full album streams courtesy of AOL Music unless otherwise noted. Album streams typically expire shortly after their release.
