Twice a year we gather in a Dallas backyard on a Sunday afternoon to eat, drink and hear a few great songwriters up close. If you’ve been to one of our previous Socials, you know how special they are: magical performances with the vibe of a casual party.
On Sunday, October 25th we welcome Jeff Black, Zoë Pete Ford and John Hollier. Black is a Nashville songwriter whose songs have been recorded by Alison Krauss, Waylon Jennings and Sam Bush. Ford is a New York rocker whose songs are gritty in both lyrics and sound. Hollier fronts John Hollier & the Rêverie, a Louisiana rock band that sets a high standard for fire-breathing rock and roll. These three have never shared a stage, and we’re looking forward to seeing what happens when they do.

Here’s a collection of videos from Black, Ford and Hollier. Give them a listen and get ready for the Twangville Sunday Social on October 25th.
