The Avett Brothers & More, Album Previews

The Avett Brothers, ‘Emotionalism’
album cover Before you get too excited, the truth is that I haven’t been able to locate a full album stream of The Avett Brothers’ new album Emotionalism. However, if it is anything as good as their recent Four Thieves Gone EP, you’ll want to get your hands on it. All is not lost because their MySpace profile is offering album track “Will You Return” as a download. In other good news, Wilco’s Sky Blue Sky comes out this week and is available again for preview (see below). File under: Folk Rock.

Worth Mention:

Bonus:

My pal Joao Mahlinha and his band City-State just released a new album titled Monument. Check out album track, “Mary” (MP3) [source: Last.fm]

Also Look For:

AMY LAVERE, ANN SAVOY & HER SLEEPLESS KNIGHTS, BRUCE ROBISON, GUIDED BY VOICES, LEAVING TX, TOWNES VAN ZANDT and more.

See our Release Calendar for more new releases like these.

NOTE: All full album streams courtesy of AOL Music unless otherwise noted. Album streams typically expire shortly after their release.
