Known for their live shows and throwback sound, Nashville’s Old Crow Medicine Show delivers their third album on Nettwerk Records. If Bob Dylan were ever holed up deep in the hills of Appalachia, you’d find him hanging with OCMS and having a good ole tyme. Got to say I’m not feeling the new Old Crow yet - hoping it will grow on me. I’m still excited to see them tonight!

OCMS might be my favorite band…but what I’ve heard from this record sounds almost too slick. Reminds me of what the Hackensaw Boys tried a few years back with Love What You Do. I dunno…I guess the verdict’s still out until I hear the rest of the album.
