Monday Morning Video – Eleven Hundred Springs

Monday, January 13, 2020 By Mayer Danzig

Eleven Hundred Springs are something of a Dallas institution. Heck, they’re country music stalwarts, mining the depths of the genre’s traditions and legacy.

The group is gearing up to release a fine new album, entitled Here ‘Tis., this Friday . For those in Dallas, come join me for the album release party at the Granada Theater on Friday. It’s a guaranteed two-stepping good time.

Here’s a two-fer from the group. First, the band original “Never Giving Up” from 2018’s The Finer Things in Life. Second is their version of the oft-covered Mickey Newbury classic “Why You Been Gone So Long”.
