Andy Frasco and the U.N. brought a party to Brooklyn this past weekend. And what a party it was – I don’t think it was possible to walk out of the venue after the show without a big ol’ smile on one’s face. Frasco and company interspersed fun covers (ranging from TLC to Nirvana to Dolly Parton & Kenny Rogers) amidst spirited originals, all performed with infectious energy and, at times, reckless abandon.
Here’s a taste from earlier shows – Frasco’s “Mature as F*ck” and the group’s cover of Stevie Wonder’s “Signed, Sealed, Delivered”.
The group are on the road for most of the rest of 2022 – keep an eye out for when they show up in a town near you.
