One of the most memorable experience of the annual Americana Music Association conference is the awards show. Held at the historic Ryman Auditorium, it is a tremendous celebration of music and musicians as well as host to some memorable performances. This year was no exception.
Now you can see all the performances, including Steve Earle’s tribute to his late son Justin Townes Earle (“Harlem River Blues”) and Brandi Carlile, Amanda Shires, and Margo Price performing John Prine’s song of the year winning “I Remember Everything” as the late singer’s wife Fiona watched from the side of the stage.
And don’t forget to read Shawn’s award show recap and the rest of our AMA 2021 coverage.
