One of the benefits of being part of the Twangville posse is getting periodic emails about an artist that might not otherwise cross my radar. I first learned about Harrison Whitford when his label reached out about Afraid of Everything, his debut release, last July. It took me some time to dig into it but I’m glad that I did. The album is somber, yes, but it flows with a captivating grace.
