I love seeing live music. If you’re reading this, chances are that you do, too. Fruition and Goodnight, Texas both got their starts are acoustic outfits but, based on the recent performances that I saw, have gone decidedly electric.
These two videos, Fruition’s “Lonesome Prayer” and Goodnight, Texas’ “Button Your Collar” don’t fully capture the voltage that coursed through the room at the shows that I intended, but certainly give a taste of what happens when the two bands plug in.
