Monday Morning Video – Ike Reilly

Monday, July 20, 2015 By Mayer Danzig

While a good portion of Boston converged on a Somerville club on the off chance that U2 would make an appearance, I did the opposite and went into Boston to catch Ike Reilly. Damn glad that I did (and it has nothing to do with the fact that U2 didn”t show up in Somerville).

Reilly and his band of of merry men brought the rock. It was a full set of songs best online casino that rang out like anthems played by musicians who kept the show loose and spirited.

Here”s a clip from a recent Reilly show that provides a taste of the energy that he and his band bring. Too bad Bono and crew, or even some of those waiting for the appearance that didn”t happen, didn”t make it to Reilly”s show. They would have seen something special.

Born on Fire, Reilly”s latest album, was released last month.
