Bang! They’re off! ’06 is already off to a huge start. With a slammin’ release from Patty Hurst Shifter and big expectations from Will Hoge and the Drive-by Truckers this looks to be a great year for new music. I’m still tapping a few of last year’s albums by Susan Tedeschi, Cross Canadian Ragweed and the Mike McClure Band. Here’s a list of songs that earned heavy rotation in January.
