In each such instance, you will know what data we collect through the Service, because you actively submit it.
USER SUBMISSIONS. We may provide areas on our Site where users may post information and communicate with others and/or post comments on content found on the Site.
Any personal information or content that you voluntarily disclose in public areas of the Site becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by other users. You should exercise caution before disclosing your personal information through these public venues.
Passively Tracked Data – Information That We Get from Your Use of Our Services
When you visit the Site, we passively track certain information about your computer and Internet connection, such as the IP address of your computer and/or Internet service provider, the date and time you access the Site, the Internet address of websites from which you link to our Site, and your movements on, and use of, our Site. We use this information to identify return visitors to the Site and to understand how the Site is being used.
COOKIES. We use technologies that websites commonly employ to track site interactions (including “cookies”) to improve Site performance and enhance user experience. Cookies are small data files that we store on your browser and that are transferred to your computer’s hard drive.
We use 3 types of cookies, depending upon the source of the cookie and the use to which the information is put. Twangville cookies are used for login and authentication purposes; and to track sessions. We also use “analytics” cookies powered by the external Google Analytics service (www.google.com/analytics/). They allow us to recognize unique users, count the number of visitors, and to see how visitors move around the site when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our site works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily. Finally, cookies are sourced from our third party service providers (for example, YouTube and Vimeo, who host videos displayed on the Service).
You do not need to have cookies turned on to visit our Site. You can block cookies by turning them off – activating the setting on your browser that allows you to refuse the setting of all or some cookies.  However, if you use your browser settings to block all cookies (including essential cookies) you may not be able to access all or parts of our Site.
OTHER TECHNOLOGIES. We may use other standard technologies to track your use of our Site. For example, we may include “web beacons†in email messages or newsletters to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon. This enables us to measure the overall effectiveness of our online content.
COMBINATIONS. Unless you also actively submit personal information such as your name or address, passively tracked data does not typically allow us to identify you personally. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to combine passively tracked data with personal data that you actively submit.
