Mayer’s Playlist for January 2008, A Video Companion

I had a tough time finding new clips from several of the artists in this month’s playlist. So I did the next best thing and dug into the archives. Highlights include a long-time fan favorite and a new political statement from the Drive-By Truckers, Jon Dee Graham performing an acoustic “Faithless” on the back steps of his house and a two-fer from LA’s Willie Wisely who gets a little help from his friends.

    Hiya Mayer,
Many thanks for linking to Jon Dee doing Faithless. I am the guy behind this new film about him, which will be released May 20th.
I have only recently discovered Twangville but am quickly finding it an essential site. Thanks for the great work you all are doing.
