Win Big: Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit

by in Contests, Rock, Videos

album coverWe promised you a few special surprises and we’re not going to disappoint. Jason Isbell and New West Records were kind enough to offer up the incredible signed tour lithograph shown here.

If that weren’t enough, the prize pack includes a copy of Sirens of the Ditch, Jason’s debut solo release which topped the official Twangville Editors Top 10 of 2007 list.

To win, simply leave a comment below. A winner will be selected at random when the contest ends on Friday, 2/22/08 at midnight EST.**

To get you primed, here’s a deep cut from Jason’s album, the New Orlean’s flavored “Hurricanes and Hand Grenades.” Recorded late last year in Boulder Colorado, it features special guest guitarist Johnny Hickman from Cracker.

Visit Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit here.

**By participating in Twangville contests you agree to allow Twangville to post the winner’s name and city on our web site. We pass along the winning addresses to the artist or promotions company for fulfillment. Twangville will not use your address for any other reason.

Throwin’ my name in the hat as well. I can always use another copy of the CD to share out to interested listeners. And keep up the good work, Twangville! I’m a long time lurker who has discovered a ton of good music from the site.

I love this album….when I got it it didn’t leave my car player for a month. I was sad to see him leave the Truckers, but glad that he got a chance to make that wonderful album!
