Joshua Radin “We Were Here”

Let me begin by saying that the first thing that came to mind when I listened to this album was that this had to be something Wes Anderson would listen to.  It made me want to go home and watch The Royal Tenenbaums.  I originally heard about Josh Radin through Zach Braff (of Garden State fame).  Braff often recommends new artists on his blog, his selections ranging from bands he chose to put on the Garden State soundtrack to performers featured on Scrubs.  Lately he’s been raving about Mr. Radin’s new CD, which has already made the top 10 list in folk on iTunes.  Check out Radin’s lilting melodies and whimsical lyrics by listening to the song “These Photographs”

If you like his sound, head over here to sample more of his music.
