Monday Morning Video – A Butch Walker Reminder

Monday, July 18, 2016 By Mayer Danzig

As we eagerly await Walker’s forthcoming Stay Gold and the subsequent tour, here’s a quick trip down memory lane to remind us why we’re not only excited for the album’s promised rock quotient but the subsequent tour to support it.

This pair of clips come a 2013 performance in Atlanta that reunited Walker with his early band the Marvelous Three. First up is their hit “Freak of the Week” followed by a spectacular take on Burt Bacharach and Hal David’s 1960’s classic “Always Something There to Remind Me.”
