Twangville

Music with a touch of twang. Alt-Country, Americana, Indie, Rock, Folk & Blues as therapy for mind and soul. Est. 2005.
Welcome, Mike Milanesi!

I’d like to welcome our newest contributor, Mike Milanesi (aka Discman), to the Twangville family. In slight contrast to Mayer and myself, Mike will bring even greater depth to our site with his extensive knowledge of folk and classic rock. If you’ve seen some of the holiday playlists posted recently, you’ll know that Mike has an extensive collection of Christmas music and loves to tap into it far before the season every year. Mike, Mayer and myself are all huge Bruce Springsteen and Elvis Costello fans and he can take personal credit for introducing me to the music of Dar Williams and Lucinda Williams. Be sure and read Mike’s all-time top album lists to get an even better understanding of his tastes.
